Exchange Terms

You may exchange products purchased from our website within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that they are unused and the packaging is undamaged. Exchanges can be made for a different color or model.

The item you wish to exchange must be unused and in resellable condition. You need to send the product(s) in their original packaging along with the Exchange Code provided by our Customer Service Representative.

You can obtain the return address by contacting our customer representative. Our representative will check which warehouse your order was shipped from and provide you with the correct return address.

Please remember to get a Tracking Number from the courier service after sending the items. You can track the delivery status with your tracking number to ensure it reaches us.

Once the exchange items are received and checked for compliance with our exchange policy, the new product will be shipped to your address without delay.

For exchanges that are not due to our error, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

You can return the products you purchased within 7 business days from the date you received them, provided that you comply with the return conditions below. If the product(s) you wish to return are problematic, you can call Customer Service at +90 545 930 44 19 to initiate a return request. The shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the Customer. Returns must be made in the original box or packaging.

If the product cannot be returned in the condition it was in at the time it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return, and the price will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted for products whose original box and/or packaging has been damaged (if tape or other adhesives have been applied to the box and/or packaging) and that are not in a resalable condition.

Returns will not be accepted if there are any of the following conditions related to the products and/or packaging:

  • There are any stains, dirt, scratches, damage, breaks, tears, use, or defects;
  • The original packaging box and/or supporting boxes, pouches, foam, and bubble wrap are missing.

You must return the product along with the invoice we sent you and a letter explaining the reason for the return. The products must be unopened, undamaged, and unused for returns. You need to return the product in the condition it was delivered to you. If the product has been used, you are obliged to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product.

RETURN PROCEDURES

The returned product will be inspected by our Returns Department. If the above return conditions are met, the return process will be initiated. This process may take between 3 to 7 days. We will contact you once your return is approved. If your order was placed with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card; if your order was placed via bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the bank account you provide.
