PAYMENT

Cash on Delivery (Cash or Credit Card)

You can place all your orders with the cash on delivery option, regardless of amount or quantity. When finalizing your order, select Cash on Delivery - Cash or Credit Card in the cart section.

If you choose the cash on delivery method, the delivery agent will ask you to pay the amount listed on the invoice before handing over your package.

Online Payment (Single Payment or Installments with Credit Card)

You can securely pay with a credit card on Gunbeyi.com.tr. Choose between single payment or installment options provided by your bank. During checkout, enter your credit card details through the secure payment system to complete your transaction.

Bank Transfer/EFT Payment

For customers who prefer to pay via bank transfer or EFT, our bank account details will be provided after placing an order. Once you’ve created your order, you can proceed with the bank transfer or EFT payment. After the payment is received, your order will be confirmed and processed.

SHIPPING

DELIVERY TERMS

We use a courier company for product deliveries. The delivery time is 3 days within Istanbul borders and 5 days in other regions. If the courier company cannot reach remote areas in Turkey, the person who placed the order can pick up the product from the nearest branch of the courier company.

Orders placed after 15:00 are considered received the next business day. Orders placed after 15:00 on Fridays are considered received on the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays or public holidays will be considered received on the first official working day following the holiday.

Products are delivered only to the person who placed the order at the address provided during the order. To ensure delivery, it is advisable to provide your current address and phone number. If the customer is not found at the given address, the product will be taken to the relevant branch. Products not collected within 4 days from there will be returned.

Please open and check any packages that you suspect have been damaged during shipping in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept it without having the courier company document the damage. Please note that once the product is accepted, you acknowledge that the courier company has fulfilled its duty properly.

ORDER STATUS

When your order is confirmed, you will receive the shipping information via email. To learn more details about the status of your order, you can log into the My Account section and track your order online by checking the statuses: Pending Approval, Approved, Shipped, and if shipped, the Tracking Number.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order by sending an email with your order number to info@gunbeyi.com.tr. If your order has not been shipped, your cancellation will be processed.
